Oria provides these Terms and Conditions to set out the rules governing use of our platform and the relationship between our service and the people who use it. This document explains responsibilities, account management, payment procedures and dispute resolution in clear terms. Use of the platform implies acceptance of these rules, and any access to games, promotions or other services is subject to the provisions described below.
Account Responsibilities
Registration and Verification
All accounts must be registered in the player’s true name and maintained with accurate personal information. Identity verification may be required before deposits, withdrawals or participation in certain features; supporting documents such as government ID and proof of address must be supplied on request. Account access is personal and non-transferable.
Account Security
Passwords and login credentials must be kept confidential by the account holder. Prompt notification to our support team is required if unauthorised access or suspicious activity is detected. Activities that constitute abuse, fraud, money laundering, use of automated betting bots, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes are strictly prohibited. Fair play and honest conduct are required at all times; violations may result in confiscation of funds, account suspension or legal action.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
Promotions and bonuses are governed by specific rules that complement these terms. Eligibility, wagering requirements, game contributions, maximum bet limits and expiry periods will be detailed in the promotion terms. General principles include single-account eligibility, refusal of abuse or circumvention, and the right for us to void or withhold promotional benefits in cases of suspected misuse.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted payment methods and any applicable limits will be presented in the cashier. A default weekly deposit limit of $200 applies unless adjusted by the player subject to verification and any waiting periods. Withdrawals require completed identity checks and may be subject to processing times, internal reviews and compliance with anti-money laundering controls. Chargebacks and payment reversals are prohibited and may lead to account restrictions.
Dispute Handling
